As someone who\u2019s taught resilience in disaster and war zones to many humanitarian agencies and several militaries, here\u2019s a few things more important than Vitamin C and anti-viral hand-wash right now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– being present to yourself
– a sense of purpose
– pleasure
– social support, especially empathy and touch
– shared humour
– a spiritual connection of some kind (doesn\u2019t have to be religious)
– connection to nature<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These could be summarised as connection to self, others and something bigger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
